The 2nd Annual Black History Month Celebration hosted by Elmont Online and ECAP in collaboration with the Elmont School District was a moving portrayal of talent from the African Diaspora. The two and a half hour long program featured performances from our high schools, churches and SUNY at New Paltz.By all measures, the program was a success. We congratulate Mrs. Pamela Byer and Mrs. Lillian Mitchell, recipients of the Elmont Online - ECAP Dr. Carter G. Woodson Award and the 21st Assembly District Martin Luther King Jr. Award respectively.
