Unhappy Holidays

The holiday season promises fun, presents, and time with family and friends—but if you feel depressed, you’re not alone. Teens can feel stressed and anxious during the holidays, especially if their family is experiencing financial problems, divorce or remarriage, or the recent loss of a loved one. Interfaith families often feel pressured over holiday celebrations. And for many teens, this time of year can magnify the sadness, loneliness, or depression they feel all year long.
