NY Court of Appeals Rejects GOP Redistricting Plan

The New York Court of Appeals today issued a unanimous ruling rejecting the gerrymandering GOP redistricting plan for Nassau County. "Order, insofar as appealed from, reversed, without costs, and the order and judgment of Supreme Court, Nassau County, reinstated." Read the full opinion here
