Most teens tend to "shake it off" and get back in the game after an injury on the field, but a hard hit caused serious injury to one Washington state teen. After thirty days in a coma and months in rehabilitation, Zack Lystedt decided to take action to protect teens in similar situations. The state of Washington recently signed into effect the Zackary Lystedt Law, which requires the written approval of a medical professional before a youth showing signs of a concussion can re-enter a game.
