Mysterious Illness Hospitalizes High School Athletes

Fourteen high school football players in Portland, Oregon were recently hospitalized with mysterious symptoms during their summer training camp. Doctors now believe the players were suffering from a condition called compartment syndrome, which happens when a muscle becomes too big for the lining surrounding it and causes the blood vessels to restrict and swelling to occur.
