Fatal Traffic Accidents Increase During Prom and Graduation Season

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the months of May and June have proven to be the most dangerous for teen drivers and their passengers. During the 2005 prom and graduation season, 676 teens died in alcohol-related traffic accidents, and many more were seriously injured.
