About 65 percent of teens say they have changed their spending habits as a result of the economic recession. Almost seven million U.S. jobs have been lost since the economic recession began in December 2007. Though the U.S. Federal Reserve is claiming that economic activity is leveling, there are still many million jobless individuals. Creating budgets, relieving stress, and counseling can help you cope when you or a parent are out of work.
