Parents Play a Role in Teen Obesity

Finally, something you can blame on your parents! A recent study by the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research shows that the eating habits of teens tend to copy that of their parents. If your parents eat five servings of fruits and vegetables per day, most likely you will too -- but unfortunately the same goes for less healthy items like fast food and soda.
