Lack of Sleep Can Hurt Your Health

For some teens, school starts very early, and extracurricular activities can make for an even earlier wake-up. Be sure to get enough sleep, because a lack of it could mean a rough day ahead. A lack of sleep can cause headaches, blackouts, double vision, and weaken your immune system so you’re more likely to catch an illness.
