A recent Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance survey conducted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revealed that only 10 percent of teens reported wearing sunscreen when they were outside for more than an hour. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer and the second most common form of cancer for teens and young adults ages 15 to 29.
