Sen. Jeff Klein, D-Bronx, will hold the first of several public hearings today that delve into what he believes is waste and abuse within state agencies.
Last week, Klein, whose district includes lower Westchester County, was named chairman of the 12-member Task Force on Government Efficiency started by Senate Democrats.
