District Attorney Investigation Demanded
In another Elmont.org exclusive news story, residents from Elmont and Franklin Square have uncovered yet another act of fraud and forgery at the hands of scandal plagued Senator, Craig Johnson, and his running mate Mimi Pierre Johnson in the form of forged signatures of and victimization of a well-known Democratic party operative as well as college students and dozens more. The latest Senator Johnson scandal has rocked and injured the Democratic party in the Elmont community.

Over the past week, Elmont.org has chronicled the story of Senator Craig Johnson and Assembly candidate Mimi Pierre Johnson’s petition fraud scandal foisted upon the residents of the Elmont community. From the hired gun lawyers of Senator Johnson’s law firm who terrorized Elmont resident Patrick Nicolosi’s, to forged names on the Johnson and Johnson petitions, the story does not end.

Yesterday, delivered into resident email boxes was a letter from Senator Johnson announcing his support for a bill (S.6823B) that fights public corruption. The letter boasts of the Senator’s anger towards the betrayal of public trust in elected officials. Recent stories of the Senator Johnson’s fraud, forgery and betrayal of public trust on his petitions for public office seem like a very good start for the Attorney General to investigate.

Yes, this title is not original, or clever but neither is the fraud and forgery that permeates the signatures gathered by the Senator Craig Johnson and Mimi Pierre-Johnson team and some Nassau Democrats.  We were speechless when shown how the Johnson and Johnson team conducted themselves.  Elmont Online was given unprecedented access to the materials supporting the claims filed in NY State Supreme Court by Elmont resident, Patrick Nicolosi.  The scandalous evidence is irrefutable and we offer it here to our readers word for word.

As I had anticipated and wrote in my previous posting “Johnson and Johnson and the Nassau Democrats have a simple game plan - invalidate the legitimate candidacy of a Citizen in favor of the party’s insider nominee”.  The Plan, executed in the courtroom of Judge Dana Winslow on August 10, 2010 worked flawlessly.  Judge Winslow invalidated the thousand plus signatures.  Here is the formula, which I call “How to Disenfranchise a Community” as executed by Senator Craig Johnson of the Johnson and Johnson and Nassau Democratic Machine:
