I am sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I knew him through LIBS, and was always glad to be under his care during my donations.He could install needles painlessly, was caring and attentive during my time there, and so entertaining! His love for and pride in his family was clear, and my heart goes out to them. I will miss his smile and his kindness. The world is poorer through this loss, but I and many others are richer for having him touch our lives.
