Friday, 13 August 2010, Judge Dana Winslow reversed his initial ruling after a referee, requested by attorneys for Senator Craig Johnson and Mimi Pierre-Johnson, certified that Nicolosi did indeed have enough signatures to be on the ballot. BUT! After the judges' ruling Steven Schlesinger, lead attorney for the Johnson and Johnson team, continued arguments alleging fraud. The judge denied the fraud arguments. It is expected that Schlesinger will appeal the judge's ruling to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division Second Department thus creating more unnecessary legal entanglements for the Citizen. Here we go again. A defenseless, lawyerless Citizen v The Establishment and its MONEY. In the mean time door-to-door sales of Senator Craig Johnson and Mimi Pierre-Johnson continue.
