I Can See Dead People

dead person signature

Yes, this title is not original, or clever but neither is the fraud and forgery that permeates the signatures gathered by the Senator Craig Johnson and Mimi Pierre-Johnson team and some Nassau Democrats.  We were speechless when shown how the Johnson and Johnson team conducted themselves.  Elmont Online was given unprecedented access to the materials supporting the claims filed in NY State Supreme Court by Elmont resident, Patrick Nicolosi.  The scandalous evidence is irrefutable and we offer it here to our readers word for word.

  • “I ... hereby declare that the signature on line 7, page 12 ... is not that of my mother CS.  She has been deceased since 7/2005”
A dead person signed this petition on line 7
  • “I have examined the signature dated June 15, 2010 and located on Volume 3 of 3 Sheet Number 51 and on line Number[1-9] of the aforementioned photocopy of the Democratic Party Designation petition, and the signatures were not obtained by me.”  Further I have never signed the foregoing ... , nor have I ever authorized anyone to sign such signature on it.  The [blank] witness statement was signed by me.  I LS signed the Witness Statement and sent it to TS.”
A persons' name was used here and they never collected the signatures - This is fraud.
  • “I have examined the signature dated 6/20, 2010 and located on the Statement of Witnesses of the aforementioned photocopy of ... Petition, and the signature, which purports to be my signature, is not my signature but a forgery.”
  • Example of forgery (1).
Example of forgery (2)  An actual petition with lines 4 - 11 forged

The latter sworn statement of forgery is not limited to a single act but is repeated over 30 times on “Affidavit of Forged Signature” forms here on line at Elmont Online.  According to informed sources there were so many forged signatures, that there just wasn’t enough time before court appearances to get more affidavits to be submitted as evidence.  However, Elmont Online can confirm that several other petition signatures are also forgeries as the signers were called or shown the signatures and they verified not having signed the petitions.

It is now clear why the Johnson and Johnson legal team (headed by Senator Craig Johnson's Law Partner) terrorized the Citizen in court, and why they tried to turn the legitimate attempt to be part of the democratic process into an “insurgent uprising” by the Nicolosi team.  An informal review of Johnson and Johnson petitions reveal that almost 500 signatures were gathered incorrectly in the wrong senatorial district, many are confirmed forgeries, signature sheets not witnesses by the actual siners and the list goes on.  Obviously, the senator is unclear as to his own district lines since he has signatures from at least two other senatorial districts.  Almost amusingly, signatures on Senator Craig Johnson's petitions are from Lynbrook, East Meadow, Oceanside, and Garden City. You see, it is more likely Senator Johnson may not have enough signatures of “legitimate living persons” from the  21ST Assembly District. Elmont.org is now working with community groups in other communitis to assertain if the issue has crept into their communities.

Clearly this is a shame since, in Elmont alone, there are more “living” democrats than republicans, and all that was required was an honest effort and not a stroll through Beth David Cemetery.

Tactically, the legal team for Johnson and Johnson is running out the clock like in a football game. There are deadlines for filing challenges and by pushing this as long as they did, Nicolosi may have run out of time.  Fortunately, a judge gets one vote at the ballot box and “clever misuses of the courts” gets zero votes.  Elections are about numbers not marginally clever legal skullduggery.

Elmont Online in the days to come will continue to share this deception and victimization of our Elmont Community.
The Next Installment ... "Since when is Whitestone in Nassau County".

Note:  In order to resonably prevent identity theft we have blurred the signatures of those persons thought to be "real".  The actual physical documents remain unaltered.  Documents may be slow to load - be patient please.

The fraud may not have come from Craig Johnson. It doesn't take a genius to think of the possible scenarios.

Don't jump to conclusions people.

This is news?
What's next? The Pope is catholic? Bears shit in the woods?
Really people, give me the story on why Elmont's drinking water is brown (Which Sen. Johnson is investigating). Or why one in ten children has been diagnosed with Autism (of which Sen. Johnson help pass a bill to assist these children with extra funding). How about one on who is getting these contracts to "improve" Elmonts Business sidewalks?
Lets say Johnson is a bad pol - He's My bad Politician - He's working for me, and has been on my side since day one, The very thought that this website would even consider giving control of our money BACK to a wholely corrupted organization, The Rape-publican Party of Nassau, just blows me away.
It's the republican's, all the way back to Reagan, that has brought this country (as well as this county) to it's knees (again).
WAKE UP DUMBASSES!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
Craig Johnson has stooped to a new low. He never respected Elmont, and this just adds fuel to the fire.

Here we are witnessing how the Johnson & Johnson team are trying to defend there forgery & fraud. WE MUST ALL UNITE AND RALLY BEHIND MR. NICOLOSI. I just cannot take this GARBAGE anymore. Craig Johnson should be held accountable for this. The court system is also involved with these actions. We must rally in front of the court house.

This story shocks my brain. As the article states, there are plenty of living Democrats in Elmont, why do they need signatures of dead ones? I never liked Craig Johnson, but this is the final nail in the coffin, pardon the pun.

I keep reading this story and can't believe this. A dead woman? A Senator's campaign uses a dead woman? This is sick! Craig Johnson has to go now. Who is running against this thief Johnson? I am so sorry for this family who has to take this total disrespect from Craig Johnson.

The Art of Listening

Senator MartinsLike many of you, I’m up early, reading the news and making breakfast before the rest of the family wakes up. Later, I manage to grab a few minutes to get ready between my wife and four children before embarking on daddy’s a.m. taxi service. This day, I’m a little late to an 8 a.m. meeting with union officials to discuss issues impacting them, but I’m sure I’ll make up the time somewhere in the day’s schedule.  By 9:30 a.m., I’m at a grammar school in another part of the district explaining how a bill becomes law to 200 fourth graders. They prove remarkably well-informed and pursue an analysis as to what recent legislation is likely to work and what they believe will not. I take mental notes.
