As a republican I say good luck to you Mr. Solages. I am tired of the same old crap. I've seen the quality of life in my beloved neighborhood take a dive as my taxes soar. Elmont has become the step child of Nassau County. Why has my leaders have left Elmont behind? Lets not forget, Elmont is the gateway to Long Island yet the streets, the parks, the infrastructure are sub-par. Why are neighboring communities enjoying a better quality of life?
