Tweedy is the guy that harassed Our Lady of Victory Church. He's the Mayor of Floral Park. He has no business getting involved with Elmont's dream in the South Lot. Doesn't his family have a construction business. Hmmm.... Sounds fishy. Maybe Kathleen Rice should look into this guy.
