As we have come to expect, Mr. Nicolosi is guilty of selective hearing and , now apparently, reading as well. I never said budgets don't matter Patrick! I said the SIZE of the budget does not matter in requiring that YOU, a public official, adhere to the law and the requirements for reporting to the public what you do with our budget dollars.
While we are all really tired of Mr. Nicolosi's" ranting and spewing foam at the mouth" games the least we can expect from a public official on our LIBRARY board is that he can READ and COMPREHEND!
Oh and Patrick, as I also said but you selectively chose not to mention, I would LOVE to tell it to the Comptroller. So why don't you do what I have twice asked you to do and bring the Comptroller's office into the library and have them look for themselves. Time to put your convictions to the test Patrick. Gut check time. Let's see if you have the courage.
