I wholeheartedly agree that a stadium or some type of sporting venue would increase the economic viability of the surrounding Elmont area. In the early 80's, I served as the mascot for my brothers Elmont Soccor team when they won the championship at the location we call the sump, across from Elmont Memorial High School. Let's bring back the good old times. Were you better off 15 years ago?
