I have always stated that boards on Long Island should be put to rest. Or at the very least the state should set new reforms and guide lines for trustee members. Having community residents as trustees while family members work at any taxing districts is akin to having the fox watching the hen house. Working as a board member becomes difficult when you know executive session material is let out into the public. This isn't the first time board members have over stepped the line of board trustee. We need reforms and new laws now!
