Conspiracy and Fraud Case Engulfing Senator Craig Johnson

The ongoing investigation surrounding Senator Craig Johnson and his personally tapped Assembly candidate Mimi Pierre Johnson continues to mushroom into a modern-day scandal that seem to become more serious by the hour.  The latest bombshells are the confirmed reports of submitted evidence to the District Attorney’s office regarding forgery, fraud and conspiracy of Senator Johnson’s petitions for NYS Senate. While the investigation is developing, new ongoing pressure being put on Patrick Nicolosi to walk away, disappear and erase Elmont’s voice from November’s election is being met with anger on the streets of Elmont, Floral Park, Stewart Manor and Franklin Square. Sources have informed Elmont.org that Patrick Nicolosi has met with District Attorney Rice and her staff and handed over stunning evidence of fraud and forgery swirling around the election nominating petitions of Senator Craig Johnson and Assembly candidate Mimi Pierre Johnson. The evidence, so clear cut, has motivated one of the victims of the fraud and forgery of Senator Johnson’s to “camp out” at the court house and continue to ask courtroom observers and officers why his name is on a petition that he did not sign.

The recent courtroom drama surrounding Nicolosi and his desire to run for the State Assembly has taken many twists and turns as a result of the tactics employed by Senator Johnson’s lawyer (who is also his law partner). Threats leveled at Mr. Nicolosi’s lawyer, badgering from the Craig Johnson hired gun legal team have shaken Elmont residents to their very core and have shown a chilling side into the dark side of politics within the Senator Johnson’s campaign operation.

Elmont.org, in an effort to thoroughly investigate the case, has uncovered shocking documents that show that signatures on Senator Johnson’s petitions for Senate were forged. Further, Elmont.org reporters have sat in the courtroom and watched with complete shock the appalling tactics being used by Senator Johnson to hide evidence and silence Mr. Nicolosi from being heard.

Observers to the courtroom drama continue to wonder why Senator Johnson’s lawyers, campaign consultants, legislative staff and supporters have launched the assault at a New York State Assembly candidate as Mr. Nicolosi is not running against the Port Washington Senator.

Elmont.org can also now report that victims of Senator Johnson’s petition forgeries- those individuals who had their identities masqueraded and stolen and put on Johnson’s petitions have signed statements witnessed by notaries that have chronicled the web of deceit used by Senator Johnson’s campaign to get on this November’s ballot for election.

Victims of Senator Johnson’s petition fraud were known to be stunned to see bad forgeries of their signatures on petitions. During the investigation process of the Senator Johnson and Assembly candidate Mimi Pierre Johnson’s petitions, it was uncovered that one campaign political supporter of Senator Johnson’s committed fraud by using a fictitious address in signing a sworn document. The supporter, who purported to live in Nassau County has been uncovered to live in Queens.

The evidence submitted to the District Attorney’s office contains sworn affidavits from voters that attest under oath that they never signed the petitions for Senator Johnson nor his running mate Assembly candidate Mimi Pierre Johnson. The statements note that they never signed the petition and that the individuals from Senator Johnson’s campaign never went to their homes to even ask for their signature. It should be noted that the individuals who have signed the statements are registered Democrats.
