Elmont Memorial High School Seniors Earn National Achievement Scholarships

IMAG0013-1The National Achievement Scholarship Program honors academically promising Black American high school students.  The students honored scored in the top 3 percent of more than 160,000 Black Americans who took the 2010 PSAT.  Elmont Memorial High School Seniors, Jahfari Cunningham and Iesha Clement, have been awarded as “Outstanding Participants” for the 2012 National Achievement School Program.

Elmont Memorial High School Principal, Mr. John Capozzi, informed the students of their awards and presented each student with a certificate in recognition of their academic success.  Elmont Memorial is very proud of the achievement of these students.
